GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Loose diamond purchases ship within 1-4 business days.

  • LUCERARO does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

  • All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

  • Shipping delays caused by severe weather or natural events are outside our control and may affect delivery estimates.

OUT-OF-STOCK PURCHASES

  • We will allocate inventory based on availability. Shipments may be delayed by approximately 7-10 business days.

  • Custom-made products are shipped directly from the factory, with a general shipping timeline of 7-15 business days.
