1. How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days, then take 2–5 business days for local delivery. Made-to-order items usually take 7–15 business days to create before shipping. If your order ships from our overseas facility, please allow an additional 7–15 business days for international air shipping.
2. How will my jewelry be shipped?

All orders are shipped with tracking and require a signature upon delivery. We ship only to physical home or business addresses—not P.O. Boxes. Most orders ship from our local warehouse. Some out-of-stock or custom-made items may ship from our overseas facility.
3. Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, and free return shipping on eligible returns.
4. Will I have to pay customs duties or extra taxes?

For most international orders, applicable taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. EU and UK prices include VAT and duties. Canada adds provincial sales tax at checkout. Norway, Switzerland, and other international destinations collect taxes and duties at checkout.
5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also contact our Customer Service team if you need help tracking your order.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed, and shipping addresses cannot be changed for security reasons. If your order has already shipped, you may return eligible items under our Refund Policy.
7. What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Engraved items and fully custom-made products are not returnable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. LUCERARO offers a free lifetime manufacturing warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty Policy for details.
9. Are your diamonds certified?

Lab-grown diamonds with GIA or IGI grading reports include the original physical certificate with your purchase.
10. Can I resize my ring?

For U.S. orders, eligible standard ring styles include one free resize within 60 days. Engraved items and international orders are not eligible for resizing.
