1. General Shipping Information

LUCERARO does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. We ship only to a physical home or business address.
Shipping delays caused by severe weather or natural events are outside our control and may affect delivery estimates.

2. Shipping Origin

Most orders are shipped from our local warehouses in the destination region. In some cases, inventory may be transferred between warehouses to fulfill your order. For certain out-of-stock items and custom-made products, orders may be shipped from our overseas facilities. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

For orders shipped from our overseas facilities, international air shipping typically takes 7–15 business days in addition to processing time.

3. Order Processing Times

In-Stock Items
Some of our most popular items are in stock and typically ship within 1–6 business days.

Made-to-Order Items
Most of our items are made to order. These items take approximately 7–15 business days to create before they ship. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page, in your shopping bag, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

Out-of-Stock Purchases
We will allocate inventory based on availability. Shipments may be delayed by approximately 7–10 business days.

Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are shipped directly from the factory, with a general shipping timeline of 7–15 business days.

Free shipping — no non-refundable shipping fee added at checkout.
Local Courier Service (2–5 business days): Free.
Orders to Puerto Rico and Guam: FedEx International Priority (2–5 business days) with free shipping. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
International Air Shipping (if shipped from overseas): 7–15 business days, in addition to processing time.

Canada

Free shipping — no non-refundable shipping fee added at checkout.
Local Courier Service (2–5 business days): Free. Applicable taxes are based on the shipping province and calculated at checkout.
International Air Shipping (if shipped from overseas): 7–15 business days, in addition to processing time.

Europe

European Union

Free shipping — no non-refundable shipping fee added at checkout.
Local Courier Service (2–5 business days): Free.
Denmark: Free shipping via local courier service (2–5 business days).
Sweden: Free shipping via local courier service (2–5 business days).
Product prices already include applicable statutory VAT and duties. No additional charges upon delivery.
International Air Shipping (if shipped from overseas): 7–15 business days, in addition to processing time.

United Kingdom

Norway and Switzerland

Local Courier Service (2–5 business days): Free.
The customer is the importer of record, meaning taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.
International Air Shipping (if shipped from overseas): 7–15 business days, in addition to processing time.

Other International Destinations

Australia, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates

Local Courier Service (2–5 business days): Free.
Shipping, taxes, and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.
International Air Shipping (if shipped from overseas): 7–15 business days, in addition to processing time.

5. Shipping Policies

Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Only physical home or business addresses are accepted.
Address Changes: For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. We are unable to redirect packages to an alternate address.
Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will generally make multiple attempts to deliver your package. After the final attempt, the package will be returned to LUCERARO. We will contact you to determine next steps.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from LUCERARO pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

6. International Shipping and Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where indicated at checkout. The price you see at checkout includes the item price plus applicable duties, taxes, and shipping charges. No additional charges are due upon delivery.
For Canada, applicable sales tax for each province will be added during checkout.
For all other international destinations, the price displayed includes applicable taxes and duties.
Customers in Norway and Switzerland are the importer of record; taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
For international returns, customers must return items to the designated local return address. No customs duties or taxes apply to local returns.
