This policy outlines our shipping areas, timelines, and procedures to ensure a transparent and reliable experience.


1. Shipping Destinations & Links

We proudly ship to the following regions. Click on your location for a customized shopping experience with local pricing and delivery estimates. Destination Details & Restrictions:
  • United States: Shipping is available only within the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C.
  • Canada: Shipping is available to most areas. Please enter your postal code on the product page to verify service availability.
  • General Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, DPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies. Providing such an address will delay your order, as we will need to contact you for an alternative street address.


2. Taxes & Duties

We simplify international shopping with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping. All applicable import taxes and duties are calculated and included in your final order total at checkout. You won't face any unexpected charges upon delivery.


3. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please refer to individual product pages for specific processing times.
  • Estimated Shipping Times: The estimated shipping times (in business days, excluding weekends and holidays) for each country are listed below. These are estimates from the shipment date and may vary. For the most accurate timeline, please check the product page for your specific item.
    • United States (Contiguous 48 states & Washington D.C.): 0-25 business days
    • Canada: 0-25 business days
    • Thailand: 0-15 business days
  • Freight/Large Items: For large items shipped via freight carriers, you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment once your order is ready to ship.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) and carrier information.
  • Carrier Website: Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for the most detailed, real-time updates.
  • Your Account: You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
    • Note: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, each with a unique tracking number. The package name in tracking is often an abbreviation for the product.


5. Support & Issue Resolution

a) Package Shows Delivered But Is Missing If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, we recommend the following steps within 24 hours:
  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check around your property, with family members, or neighbors.
  3. Look for a notice of delivery attempt from the carrier.
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to initiate a trace. If the package remains missing after 24 hours, please contact our customer service with the tracking number and any claim reference provided by the carrier. All missing package inquiries must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
b) Received a Damaged or Defective Item Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
  1. Inspect Upon Delivery: For freight shipments, note "Damaged" on the carrier's proof of delivery slip before signing.
  2. Document the Issue: Retain all original packaging. Within 48 hours of receipt, take clear photos or a video showing:
    • The damaged or defective item.
    • The product's original packaging.
    • The shipping box and external labels.
  3. Contact Us: Provide this documentation to our customer service team for prompt assistance. All product issue claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
c) Shipment is Experiencing a Significant Delay Please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer service team to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost or the delay is excessive, we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
